ORGANIZATION
PRESIDENCY
The President and the two Vice Presidents are elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years from among the members of the Council and each represent a different State. The President (and, by delegation, the Vice Presidents), ensures the representation of the UIM at meetings of the International Federations and leads the action of the Mediterranean Horse Racing Union.

GENERAL SECRETARIAT
The General Secretariat carries out the day-to-day administration of the UIM and is composed of a Secretary General and a Technical Consultant, both appointed by the General Assembly for a period of two years.

ADVICE
The Council of the Mediterranean Horse Racing Union is composed of one member representing each active member state of the Association. It is elected by the General Assembly and serves for two years. It ensures the management of the UIM.
